Online Mini War Mission

This is an other idea we have discussed before. I seem to be in an "idea mode" while I actually should be making missions for the new SP campaign!!!

Just a brain-dump so we don't need to re-invent the wheel every time.

Idea: A Dogfight map that automatically changes both objectives and plane sets over time. The mission should be able to run a whole day.

Features:

-A huge map, bigger than our current normal MP maps, let's say twice as big.
-A lot of airfields per side (8 or so), but not all of them will be active. Only two at a time
-A lot of possible targets for both sides (artillery shoot, photo recce, bombing, balloons)
-Each 30 minutes one new target per side is chosen at random and fresh orders are given. This means that only those targets will spawn at that moment. The previous target will still be active for another half hour so players still in the air can finish that objective.
-Each two hours (?) plane sets and/or airfield locations will change, representing a progression in the battle fought. Might be best to do this on a fixed timeline.

I've only one problem with it. I want to fly it tonight :) I like.

Great idea, I like it. Would the map change as the objectives evolve? As a dogfight mission, players would need a way to find out the current objectives as they join at random times..

Yep, and the only way to do it now is by using subtitles. But if you change/move the airfields (deactivate one and activate another one further north for example) you will see that players will automatically fly in a different area where there will be other objectives.
