New Vintage mission

Postby SYN_Haashashin » Sat Jul 13, 2013 6:03 pm

Well Im beeing working in a new Vintage mission, The Kaiserschlacht. I thought about doing a test related with static objects in MP during the summer when the numbers are lower but I will announced it on RoF forums so more people join, letting know all that is a test and can or can not work.
Well the point of this tread is to ask if someone can help me out with something. I got all the scouts and 2-seaters in the zone but Im missing the name of one Camel ace that was there during the battle. Also Im wondering if there were something more than camels and Sea5 deployed for the battle. Just some french unit or something, i couldnt find nothing on internet. My search ability is limited ;)

Hi Haash,

I'm currently in the UK (see Syndicate roadtrip!) with slow internet so I can't help atm. But I'm sure we can find some British or French aces! Let me check my books when I get home.

Thanks Vander,

Im allready done with the logic and mission itself, Im now placing the objects (no entities as you told me), but Im a bit worry as I have allready 3500 objects when your Vintage mission which im basing this one on has only 1300 objects!!! I will finish it now as its a stress test ;). Maybe we can host it on weekdays just in case.

Edit: After some thought I limited the objects to a total of 3500. how I did it, Im sorry but if you fly a lil far outside of the map you wont see nothing. Have to delete some Scenery for that so.. Its done, need last revisions and I hope J5_Matthias let me use his ballons logic, allready asked him, waiting for an answer. For now it has our usual ballons.
