Thanks for posting Wolfie. Looks really engaging, but sad, it's only SP...
What do you do after the campaign quest is over?

Nice find Wolfie!!

Allways loved medieval period games, the fist one being "Castles" in an Amiga 2000 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wBQRJ7f5gz8 I dont think it sounded like that :???: ) so i think I may pledge for this one..after all in only 1 day they got allready more than 250K pounds, not bad if you are aiming for 300K.

Edit: this one is better...no sound hehehe http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_1t6LSNkNQ

They overshoot their target on the first day. So I guess we have a possible gem coming up :)

If you backed then at what level? Help me to decide, there are so many especially at the 20 and 25 level with only slight differences.
And why would anyone want access to either alpha or beta if this is only a single player quest? That makes no sense. :???:
I'm not much interested in digital sound packages, or the 'making of the game video'

Again, after the quest is over what do you do? It seems that it will have a fine combat system, why wouldn't they explore a MP option at a certain pledge goal? Or did I miss something?

Never ask me ha ha..I always close my eyes and put my finger on the screen :)

I went for the Baron pack. I think it was the first one which made it possible to try the alpha. I agree with you that playable alpha's arent worth it most of the time. Tho this one already looks promising and I am just curious.

Also I have a feeling Alpha's are the new Beta's :) Every early release game has pretty playable alpha's nowadays.

Well, looking at the video they provided, the damn thing looks ready for alpha play right now! I kept wondering why they are asking for money when it is so far along...

What I meant by "why pay for alpha access" is that since it is SP then wouldn't you be sort of ruining your quest experience before the quest was even ready?
Then again, they might have training schools for combat that you could partake in, and so on, like the hangar module in SC.

Maybe I'm not understanding the concept of a SP sandbox, that the AI characters can be that human. I'd always be looking for real people to interact with.

Baron von Wolfie. Nice

Nice devblog where they compare authentic castles with their ingame ones.
