It went to luthiers nephew Igor, a year 7 "whizz kid" on the computerski. Igor then spent it on 4000 life size robots with movable arms which he hoped he could make fight each other in huge "battles". Sadly for Igor the robots were made with the incorrect electrical plug sockets rendering them useless as combat droids.

The Russian government are now in talks with luthier with a view to purchasing the robots as passive traffic attendants for the streets of Vladivostok at 0.0000001% of their original cost. Some say that this deal will turn out to be slightly more profitable for 1c than its original offering.

Rep and I had the brilliant plan to speedgrind our JP2 and T28proto so we can buy tier 9 tanks for half price... We ran into a bad team streak which i have never seen before... between 16-20% on average, and even the ones with a 55% chance were lost in minutes :(

i even went back to 54% winrate... this tank is killing me... The weird thing is that my stats on it aren't that bad, average of 2000 damage, and 160 killed in 100 matches... Got it up to 85k, and have a week now to get it to 145k... that should be doable...

Oh the horror!

well i heard luthier and co. spent the money hiring a voodoo witch doctor (or normal russian doctor-very similar) to resurect this guy from the dead, after hearing about his popular TV show "jim'll fix it" and hoping maybe jim could indeed fix it for them, anyone who doesnt know who this guy is, just google sir jimmy saville :)

please check your PW and change it on WoT, there might be a security issue with your old pw so they even bribe you with 300 gold.

NEWS:

New Battle mode incoming!

The name of the mode is ‘Team Battle’ and it can be placed somewhere between platoon and company battles. The idea of the Team Battle is to unite 5-7 players into a team to battle against a comparable enemy team.

Basic Rules:

The maximum length of a battle is 10 minutes.
Battle type – Standard. Encounter and Assault battles won't be added to this mode for now.
Each team can pick vehicles no higher than Tier 8 and no more than 42 points in total cost. Tier 1 vehicles cost 1 point, Tier 2 – 2 points, Tier 3 – 3 points, etc.
A standard team consists of 7 players. Teams consisting of 5 or 6 players are permitted to participate, but the team will lose 1 point for each missing player.

This new mode will be available for all players, and will bring a new experience to the game - smaller teams means more room for tactics, and ensures that each player is required to contribute in order to win the battle. In addition, a team will need a skillful commander and good team play.

The key feature of this game mode is that the battles will be conducted between teams of similar skill levels. A special software mechanic will be used to calculate the various parameters for players and teams. This means the mode will be interesting, both for beginners who will be able to compete with players of their own level, and for veterans who will also easily find worthy opponents.

Each player will be able to join a team or create one on their own (just like in tank companies), or to use the auto-selection feature. In this case, an automatic search will be performed to look for a team for the player and/or for missing players for an already existing team.

More information about the Team Battle mode will be provided very soon. Follow the news on the official World of Tanks portal!

Interesting concept. So you can decide to have a couple of tier 8 tanks and the rest low tier or a more balanced team.

Okay I can field my Tiger, but am probably better off in my T34-85, M4, Wolferine or StugIII

Oh, and I want Koll on my team! :) :)

This is the thing...I think 6 tier 7`s (42 points) is better that 5 tier 8`s (40 points) plus a tier2 scout...or is it?.....
