Also found this comment: "Turns out "Ultimate performance" is nothing more than "High performance" but with hard disks not turning off. " so I chose High performance since I have some drives in my PC that are only used for archiving etc so no need to spin them up during my gaming.

I was more interested in

Processor State, Colling Policy, maximum processor rate are maxed out.


Full differences

Hard disk never goes to sleep
Javascript timer frequency is at maximum.
Hibernation and Sleep are turned off.
Processor State, Colling Policy, maximum processor rate are maxed out.

Yes, of course. Just stressing the difference between “High” and “Ultimate” performance. But standard is “Balanced”, so good to change anyways.
