Sure Speck, let's schedule a Friday/Saterday session soon. The mission was great fun, it seems Il2 (or the new server) is now capable of running much more AI units than in RoF so a lot of action for everyone! (even tanks :) ). When coop for IL2 is released We can even host some public sessions with 16x16 or something and AI filling in for missing humans.

Sounds good, Vander, thanks for the reply. I did oversimplify a bit, I don't have Fri/Sat off right now, but will starting in December. Meanwhile Tues or Thurs would work.

The new coop mode will be interesting!

Cheers!

I have some time. Did not prepare anything as I had family over. Maybe have a look at the open servers?

Holidays are over and it's going to be a crappy, snowy day outside on Sunday. Anyone up for a Sunday fly in on the 14th?

" a crappy, snowy day outside"??? Sounds perfect to me!
'crappy' is the washout we just had that flushed all the snow off the mountains!

All that said I could do some flying Sunday if that's the plan.

Good plan Mike! Any ideas for IL2 mission?

As backup I have a nice Arma 3 WW2 mission, but you'll need to install the mod " Faces of War" using Steam workshop (which is easy enough). This one has full res textures and I found a way to use the original Stratis map without modern day structures, so it all looks & feels as normal Arma.

I think the stop the bombers mission you had earlier is very good and enough time has passed. I could also probably figure out the ARMA upgrade as well. I'll go with the majority!
