The new campaign will be up and running within a few weeks, or maybe at the start of next month, i think we should think about some serious training.

we dont have to be so strict and anal about it that it becomes no fun, but, we need to at least have a clue what we are doing otherwise it will be frustrating and no fun.

for the first part of the campaign ground attack will be priority, so i suggest we practice:
il2 with AT rockets (need to be able to kill 1 or 2 tanks per sortie)
pe2 with bombs

as well as jabo's, almost everytime you lift off in a fighter you should take a bomb or rockets with you in order get a ground kill to get the CM+1 which will grant you the better aircraft.

get good in those fighters too, learn the radiator settings, learn the engine setting, learn the quirks, and most of all lets fly as leader and wingman, me and mugue put it to good use in the last campaign, the leader is the better spotter, he is spotting for both aircraft, especially 6'oclock, as the wingman maintains the formation.

please add thought and ideas, and times for when we can get together and do some training.

Maybe we could set up the server sundays for practice? I am back in town so I can give it a go.

I can’t log into my TAW account. I’ve tried to reset my password and it generates a 32 digit password for me. This password won’t work. Any ideas?

Thanks Rep.

I wondered if it was because it wasn’t up yet.

There is a note in the TAW thread that TAW will be starting in a few days. Do we need to sign up now and where do we sign up?

No, Mike, I think we just have to wait till it starts. No sense in jumping the gun.

The 'sign up' is registering on their web site. Just like you tried to do before...

@Repent, Would you be so kind, as to setup the squadron at the appropriate moment for us? Then let us all in.
