Because they couldn't be sure it was the video card alone that was the problem. Perhaps something in the build caused the card to go out? They ran stress test for 3 days after swapping the card out before boxing it up.

I just wish they'd have gotten it to Fedex on Friday!

I got my rig back up and running but now my pedals wont stay recognized. I get a message saying that they are an old device and wont work with usb 3.0 which is all this rig comes with. I've tried everything I can and am now relearning to fly with a twist stick...it really sucks. But I'm starting to get it and should be back in the skies soon.

thanks for the try per. I thought you had a fix for a second but then the same message popped up. On the plus side, I am getting the hang of twist stick flying again!

Saitek proflight. They were bought out by madcatz who were bought out by logitec who are now marketing the same pedals under their own brand. The support for the Saitek version is pretty much non existent. I am getting a message that they are incompatible with usb 3.0 When I dig further I get an event message that says the device didn't migrate, whatever that means.

If you open the case, are there no USB 2 sockets on the motherboard that you can use?
