Agreed. And it would be nice if the planes performance resembles the way they have been described by the actual pilots. Hence this spreadsheet I once started:

The thing is, I think that ROF after patch 1.034 became actually less balanced, as well as less realistic. Just to satisfy some persistent "luft-whiners."

Sure! I was flying some of the Channel Maps missions that Haash and I created for RoF and I have to say this sim is still very nice!
When will they host this?

I think it is just generally up at any time. This is an FC thing not RoF so look to the I:-2 list of servers.

They are using the PO-2 for recon until some two seaters come on line for FC. Flight wise they fit fine but that Soviet MG in the back will shred you in a hurry!

A few of us came back to RoF one Sunday a month or so ago and had a very good time in 1916, one of Vanders missions with excellent a/c progression.

I stuck around a little longer after SYN left and our presence generated some rather positive vibes with the regulars. Just saying, it was good all around, though much skill to recover for me...
Lest we forget...

We had a good turnout on Flying Circus last Sunday. It was a blast flight the old kites in VR but I’d quite happily have a RoF Sunday soon.
