I just bought it at the pre sale price. "Saved" a little with the bundle. I figured "WTF, In for a penny, in for a pound..." And since skiing season will be coming to a close soon around here, I'm going to need something else to do.

One thing for those concerned with the price is, DCS runs sales on bundles and various modules practically all the time now days.(at least if you buy through their e-shop, if you've only got a steam install maybe you're screwed?) So just keep your eyes peeled for a sale.

Vander-"So the map I'll get will be dead/empty? That's pretty lame."

Well, not quite, you can always fly against the modern assets of the base game.

Come on ...don't complain about this one.

Many squad mates already spread the word. Their new engine is really great. Every fligh sim enthusiast should give this sim a try again. Especially if you own an VR set up. Which you all should buy as soon as possible.

If you buy the 777 upgrades for their price..you'll can't go wrong with this. And btw..an Ps4 game is more expensive.

I've pre-purchased the Normandy map. I was also a $20 backer from the Kickstarter campaign so I guess I'll get two maps
