I have the following;

Nevada map
Bf 109 K-4
FW 190 D-9
L39
P-51D
Spitfire IX
Su-25T

Is it better to buy "Flaming Cliffs 3" or individual modules?

Modules are better..since the planes have clickable cockpits and advanced flight physics. Flaming cliffs goes often on sale..then it's imo a nice to have.

Edit: sniped by Wolfie :roll:

Flaming Cliffs is a good value, but the planes are not full click pit models, so be warned.

The individual modules are the "better"/more completely modeled ones. (as you likely know already)

FC is just the old Lock On legacy stuff that's been brought along into DCS World. But if you want to fly an F-15 or Mig-29 etc...it's the only game in town. And you can still have a good time with them. They look and fly great, it's just the systems are simplified and no click pits.

They have "recently" updated some of the cockpits to full 6dof and given the F-15 an advance flight model. There was talk on the forums that other planes might be updated too, though not to full click pit standards...I don't know where any of that stands now.

Ok thanks guys.

I think that I'll just buy the modules, otherwise if I buy fc3 I'll just end up buying the modules anyway, to get the full models.
