Anyone else look into their account lately and seen all the bling? Have you chosen between the Selfland or the Aeroview hangar?

I haven't updated since early Jan (took hours over holidays), maybe it's more playable now? Last time I was literally enjoying the view from my turret (finally operational, well, a little bit, I could sit in it but not get out...LOL) when somebody walked onto my ship and stole it for a joy ride. Pulling the early-backer gift bling pistol on them didn't help, there is/was no violence allowed on the star base, but apparently grand-theft-Freelancer was allowed. Go figure :???:

I just quickly exited, so hopefully their ass is still floating out there between the asteroids...

Anyone?

We still can't fly our Freelancers in the Dogfight module, but can in other non-combat contexts such as launch off the MP space station environment, so certainly update and give it a try. We might even be able to run around and pilot our ships in formation, try crashing into one another to see if there is a damage model, or just space walk to the other ship and have tea.

But not sure how the 'instance' thing is going to work ie, whether we'd actually be able to meet up on the server. Maybe this weekend if interested we could try it out just for shits and giggles.

I have updated SC (didn't take long) and it runs quite smoothly on 'high' though I have a beefy 980Ti with 6 GB, so it better...
Will try 'ultra' but won't hold me breath, well, maybe I will just a little.

Just found out I have jury duty today, so off from work but still 'working'. Maybe I'll get dismissed early and see some of you on coms. later today. Friday and Monday I have off, so hope we have a good few sessions.
